Hi, I’m Mandy Casteel-Denney (she/her).
I’m a Neurospicy parenting coach, educator, and speaker who believes every child—and every adult—deserves to be seen and celebrated for who they truly are.
Whether I’m out in nature with a group of kids, guiding parents through the ups and downs of family life, or speaking to audiences about authenticity and inclusion, my work always comes back to one thing: helping people thrive, exactly as they are.
🌸About Me
I wear many hats—educator, mom, partner, guide—but the thread that ties it all together is my belief in the power of connection.
With a Master’s in Environmental Education and nearly two decades of experience leading programs in classrooms, parks, and communities, I’ve seen again and again how people grow best when they feel safe, included, and connected to the natural world.
As a neurodivergent adult raising a neurodivergent family, I also know what it’s like to live “outside the lines.” Our journey has shaped not just my philosophy, but also my fierce commitment to creating spaces where differences aren’t just accepted—they’re celebrated.

My work spans across a few different branches:

Speaking – I share talks on unmasking, authenticity, and the healing power of nature for neurodivergent kids and communities.

Coaching – I walk alongside parents and families as they navigate challenges, build confidence, and rediscover joy.

Programs for Kids & Families – I design inclusive, outdoor-based groups where children can connect, play, and grow.
